About Easy Stop Storage
Easy Stop Storage sits on 19th Street in Lubbock, with outdoor parking and drive-up units behind a gate. Online bill pay is available, and the office keeps a full selection of boxes and packing supplies on hand. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else. People describe them as kind and patient, answering questions and walking through the rental process. A long-time customer mentioned being accommodated after forgetting keys and a code. Others call the pricing fair and the units clean. Not every review is positive. One person reported a break-in and said the gate was broken at the time, and that no one from the office showed much concern. Another wanted a number to call after hours and found none. The cameras are a point of disagreement, praised in some reviews and disputed in others. If security is your main concern, read through the recent reviews yourself before you sign.
