About Effingham Mini Storage
Effingham Mini Storage on the Rincon side runs a gravel yard out back where people park campers, RVs and boats, plus a row of storage units in various sizes. One reviewer called the place clean and gave it a thumbs up. The lot is gated and lit, with cameras on site. Rates came up as a plus in reviews, though the 3.4 rating across 33 reviews tells you opinions split hard on management. Reviewers have complained about gate codes that did not work, rent increases with no notice, and units that were damp and moldy. One mentioned being asked to use the facility's own lock. Hours are posted, so call ahead before you haul a rig over. If you go, walk the yard first and look at your spot before you sign anything.
