About Elite Self Storage
Elite Self Storage sits in the Sioux City metro and runs climate-controlled units on a gated property with cameras and 24/7 access. Reviewers often call it a newer facility that feels secure, and several mention the grounds staying clean even through heavy snow. A few give credit to John, the on-site manager, for returning calls and sorting out billing. The reviews are not all warm. Some renters report mice getting into units, and one says a complaint to the owner went nowhere. Others describe break-ins and a late payment that led to belongings being sold, so read the lease carefully and ask how security and pest issues get handled. On price and service, repeat customers say they are pleased. One has rented here more than two years and plans to keep coming back. Ratings land at 4.4 from 70 reviews, which fits a place people either like a lot or leave angry about.
