About Exeter Self Storage
Exeter Self Storage sits on Perkiomen Avenue in Reading and offers outdoor parking for RVs alongside its self-storage units. The lot is gated and lit, with cameras on site. It is a straightforward place to park a rig, not a full-service resort. Reviewers often mention how quick the rental process is, with several saying they set everything up online and got same-day access. People also call out the staff by name, noting that someone walked them to the unit and answered questions on the spot. The property comes up as clean and quiet in reviews, and a few folks were surprised to find a new lock waiting inside. Not every review is positive: one long-term tenant complained about two rent increases in under eight months. Climate-controlled units are available for other storage needs. The office is not open 24/7, so plan your first visit during business hours. Call ahead if you need details on availability or current rates.

What renters mention
“Angelo was very helpful and patient helping me decide which unit suits my needs giving me access to 2 units IN ADVANCE to view/inspect before committing, something others haven't offered.” – Noemi G., Edited 4 months ago, on Google
“Signing up for the storage unit (5x5) was pretty easy and I was able to get it all done online. The unit itself was clean and in brand new shape.” – Alexis, 5 months ago, on Google
“Easy to rent. It seems I had to fill out the rental agreement twice, but that could have been my mistake. This is my first storage unit. I had no idea about the metal and plastic tag that needs to be removed when you arrive.” – A B., Edited 2 months ago, on Google
