About Exit 170 Mini Storage
Exit 170 Mini Storage sits in Punta Gorda, Florida, and reviewers often mention the friendly managers who live on the property. That on-site presence is a plus for security, and the grounds are described as clean and well-lit. Not every review is positive. One customer reported a rat problem that ruined stored items and said the response from management was less than helpful. Another described showing up at 9:15am to find the office closed despite posted hours. The place has a 4.2 rating from 27 Google reviews.
