About Express Storage-Hansen Park
Express Storage-Hansen Park sits on West 4th Ave in Kennewick, near Canyon Lakes and Columbia Park. It's an outdoor lot for RVs, boats, and other vehicles, with a fenced and gated property and 24-hour camera coverage. Access is available around the clock, and there are pull-through spaces. Reviewers have mixed feelings. Some mention helpful staff and an easy rental process, with one person praising a front desk employee by name. Others report issues: a rate increase under new ownership, inconsistent enforcement of RV parking rules that can block pull-through paths, and a gate access panel that has locked people out more than once. A few also note that dust blows into units and that the facility asks for proof of insurance. The lot is easy to reach from Highway 240 and Highway 182, and it's one of the few places in the area that can handle oversized rigs. If you need a spot close to home, it's worth a look, but read the recent reviews and ask about access and insurance requirements before you sign.
