About Express Storage-River Road
Express Storage on River Road East keeps things simple with outdoor spots for RVs, boats, and other vehicles. The property is gated, and reviewers often mention feeling good about leaving their camper on site. Pricing comes up a lot in reviews, and most people say it's fair for what you get. The staff gets steady praise for being kind and helpful. One reviewer said the manager waited well past closing on a 111-degree day to rent them a unit. Others note clear communication during a repainting project and an easy rental process. The manager has been the same for over a year, which one long-term tenant appreciates. It's not perfect. A couple of reviews mention theft from units, including one where items were taken during office hours. Others are happy overall but note the gate hours are dawn to dusk, not 24/7. The site sits near Maxx Autos Plus and Ace Auto Body, minutes from downtown Puyallup.

“Very clean property, was told gate hours was from dawn to dusk, so we really didn't get an HOURLY answer. Now there's a newer manager who replaced the 1st one, who much better and very nice; we've been renting since Sept.” – Mary R., 11 years ago, on Google
“I have had a unit down here for a little over a year now - management has been the same from the time I called up through the last time I paid. Always super helpful as I am having to constantly ask for help with things.” – Just k., 8 years ago, on Google
“I just started renting a unit from them. Wow, talk about going above and beyond. I was supposed to have a 5:00 appointment to rent the unit. I wasn't able to make it on time..” – Terri J., Edited 5 years ago, on Google
