About Extra Room Self Storage
Extra Room Self Storage runs gated facilities in Mt Pleasant and a few other South Carolina towns. Your own access code gets you in, and customers can come and go from 5 AM to 11 PM. Cameras watch the property, and climate-controlled units are on offer here. Reviewers focus on the staff. Cherrelle comes up more than once, described as knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and one person called it their best storage experience yet. Another said the space was clean and simple to get into. Not every review is glowing. One customer says a climate-controlled unit left furniture moldy in under two months, and the insurance payout did not cover the loss. The office is open by appointment only on Sundays. The Google rating sits at 4.0 from four reviews. If you are parking a rig, call ahead and ask what they have for RVs.
