About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits at 501 S Ferguson Pkwy in Anna, near W White St. It's a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage, so there's room for the rig alongside the household stuff. The place is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking too. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Matt, the store manager, shows up in review after review for being kind, patient, and quick to answer the phone. One customer of three or four years says it feels like doing business with a neighbor rather than a big company. Others mention the unit selection and how fast setup went. The facility is described as new and safe, with secure access. Online rental is an option, though more than one reviewer suggests talking to Matt in person instead. Sizes run small to large, and climate control and drive-up access are listed. Hours are posted; it's not open around the clock.
