About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Trout Rd in Annapolis, and the reviews point to the people more than anything else. Steven and Brian come up by name, described as patient and quick to walk someone through unit sizes. One reviewer rented here off and on for 25 years and still praises the service. There is outdoor parking for rigs, plus gated electronic access and climate controlled units. A manager lives on site, and the property has alarmed units and wide drive aisles. Online and phone rentals moved fast for reviewers, often in minutes. Not everyone is happy. One long-term customer warns that rates went up and says a manager blocked a pod container during move-out. The other reviews are mostly positive. Hours are posted rather than 24/7, and the rating sits at 4.9 across 1,008 Google reviews.
