About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on S Watson Rd in Arlington handles indoor and outdoor vehicle storage, plus regular self-storage units. The facility is gated and has cameras, and some spaces are climate controlled. For RV owners, that means you can pick between covered and open-air spots depending on what you need. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Vic and Alisha get named a lot, and people say they are polite, informative, and willing to walk you through unit sizes so you are not guessing. One reviewer mentioned getting a car stored quickly before an overseas trip, and another said the team helped when they lost their key. The place has a 4.9 average across 847 Google reviews. RVers should know there is a mixed report. One reviewer flagged rats in some back outdoor units and a smell in an indoor hallway by unit 228. That is worth asking about when you visit. The facility is near S Watson Rd and E Abram St, and the office has set hours rather than 24/7 access, so check the hours before you haul your rig over.
