About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location on the Arnold side of things handles self storage, and it also lists automobile and boat storage among its categories. Reviews mention 24/7 access and cameras on site, so you can get to your rig when it suits you rather than when an office is open. The facility runs on posted hours, not a 24/7 office. Reviewers tend to single out the staff. One name, Missy, comes up more than once for being friendly and quick to return a call. People also mention clear explanations at signup and quick online booking. The rating sits at 4.8 across 532 Google reviews, which is a lot of feedback for a storage spot. Read the fine print, though. Some reviewers flag rate increases over time and say they don't prorate when you move out mid-month. That's worth knowing before you sign, especially if you plan to stay long or leave early.
