What renters mention
“Whitney was great in taking care of what I needed. The only frustrating part is my monthly charge doubled from $80 to $160. I just think a better business practice would be calling the customer.” – Joshua H., 9 months ago, on Google
“Whitney is terrific! I was advised of a rate increase for both my storage units. Since my husband and I are seniors, this would have presented a real challenge to our budget.” – Linda D., 6 months ago, on Google
“I feel very comfortable having my possessions stored with you. I only have one question. Sometimes when I go to the storage unit the gates are wide open but no one seems to be around at the entrance.” – Marjorie F., 6 months ago, on Google
