About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Beaumont side runs a self-storage facility that also takes RVs, boats and other vehicles. The property comes up again and again in reviews as clean and well kept, and people storing campers there say they feel good leaving a rig on site. Staff names show up a lot. Tonya and Jessica get called out for being patient, friendly and quick to answer questions, and more than one reviewer mentions the check-in process going fast. No one describes getting pushed into a bigger unit than they asked for. A few complaints are mixed in. One reviewer found the wireless gate instructions confusing at first, and another said the AC in the building wasn't working right during a visit. Otherwise the feedback is steady. If you want current unit availability and hours, call ahead.
