About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage in Broken Arrow earns high marks from renters. The 4.9-star average across 260 Google reviews says a lot, and the theme running through most of them is the staff. Steven gets named again and again for being friendly, remembering customers, and making the rental process simple. One reviewer said he listened to what they needed and helped them get the right unit. The facility handles self-storage and also lists automobile and boat storage among its categories. Units come in small, medium, and large, and some are climate controlled. Reviewers mention clean property and neat storage, and a few note help with unloading. It's not perfect. One reviewer saw their rate go up after three months. Another had a climate-controlled unit where the AC wasn't working and felt the repair request stalled. Most reviews are positive, but those are worth knowing. Reserve online or stop by.
