About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location on the Buda side has built a 4.9 rating across 366 Google reviews, and the staff get most of the credit. Reviewers name Vickie and Lakeisha specifically, describing them as welcoming and willing to walk you through unit options. One renter moving to Buda said Vickie accommodated their needs and showed a climate control unit, mentioning a possible downsize later. Renters describe the building as clean and well kept, with air conditioning in the climate control space. The automatic gate app worked every time for one reviewer, and another said access was easy with no trouble from other renters. A few mention fair rates and a senior discount, and the leasing process with its paperwork comes up as quick and painless. Not every review is glowing. One renter reported rats in their unit despite keeping it clean, so it is worth asking about pest control when you visit. Small, medium, and large units are listed. Reserve online or stop by the office to see one.
