About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location on the Buford side runs a big self-storage operation, and the reviews back it up: 4.9 stars across more than 1,200 of them. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Bianca and Joe get named a lot, for everything from walking someone through a contract to helping when a lock broke. One person moving from another facility said the service alone made the switch worth it. Folks describe the grounds as clean and the parking lot as well lit and watched over. There's climate control inside, and a couple of reviewers were impressed by the Bluetooth locks and the gate you open from your phone. Storage options include covered spots, so boats and RVs have somewhere out of the weather. Not every review is glowing. One customer found mold in an interior climate-controlled unit and water damage on the wall during a move-out. Worth asking about when you tour. The place is wheelchair accessible and open set hours rather than around the clock. You can reserve online or by phone.
