About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in Burlington, New Jersey, and the numbers stand out: 4.9 stars across more than 1,000 Google reviews. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Eve and Dominique get named for walking people through the rental process, answering questions without pressure, and helping sort out unit size when something did not add up. The property and units read as clean in review after review, and people describe the lot as set back and quiet, which they say feels safer on late-night trips. Parking near the units gets a mention too. Online booking comes up as a reason people picked the place. It is self-storage first, so the small, medium, and large units are the core of it. Boats and cars fall under the storage categories the business lists. A few reviewers note rate increases over time, and one mentions a broken elevator with no notice. Worth knowing before you sign.
