About Extra Space Storage

Reviewers mention leaving a car there for two years in a secure space and finding it undamaged when they came back. That is the kind of thing you want to read before you park a rig. Staff come up a lot. Out of 760 Google reviews at 4.9 stars, hundreds mention helpful staff, and Jackson and Matthew get named for matching people to the right unit size and sorting out billing questions. People also describe the place as clean and the sign-up as quick, with online rental as an option. The site lists small, medium and large units, some with climate control and drive-up access. It sits close to Farmers Branch and Southwest Carrollton. The office has hours, so it is not a 24/7 operation.
