About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space facility sits at 160 Havensite Ct in Cary, near NW Maynard Rd and Chapel Hill Rd. It handles vehicle storage along with regular self-storage, so there is room for a rig plus the usual household overflow. The property is lit, and reviewers describe the grounds and units as spotless. The staff come up often in reviews. People call the team kind and helpful, and a few mention how fast a rental or check-in went. One reviewer locked themselves out of two units and said the crew drilled the old locks and had new ones on in no time. Others like that you can rent online and get digital gate access. Not every review is glowing. Some long-term customers complain about rate increases, and one says other units in the same building were listed online for less. Recent reviewers still praise the service they got when they raised a problem. Call ahead if you want to know what vehicle parking is open right now.
