About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location sits on the Cedar Park side of things, and the reviews stack up well: 4.9 stars across 762 of them. Owners renting short term for a vehicle say the manager and staff went out of their way to help with move-in and move-out. Others describe the property as well maintained and feeling secure. Cleanliness comes up again and again, along with hallway lights and carts and elevators to move your stuff. One renter switched from a 10 by 10 to a 10 by 20 and called the process easy. A worker once handed a reviewer a bottle of water on a hot Texas day, which tells you something about the crew. Climate controlled units get mentioned, and people like the online reservation and the app that opens the gates. One reviewer noted traffic on the way out. If you are storing a boat or a rig, the staff can walk you through the options and the paperwork runs quick.
