About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Bond St in Central Valley, and the reviews point to the staff first. Chance and Holly come up by name, and reviewers describe them as patient and accommodating, walking people through units and pricing so the choice is clear. One reviewer has used the place on and off for years. The facility offers covered, indoor and outdoor storage, with climate controlled units among the options. There is a covered loading bay, a loading dock and wide drive aisles. Reviewers mention huge hallways and plenty of parking, plus room for a tractor trailer. Access is wheelchair friendly, with an accessible entrance and lot. It is not all praise. One reviewer found no easy way for an older person to unload, pointing to stairs, and was not happy with how a rental across locations was handled. Most of the feedback is positive, with many reviews citing the helpful, welcoming staff and the easy rental process.
