About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Chattanooga runs a gated self storage facility with small, medium and large units, and boat storage comes up in reviews too. The gate uses a Bluetooth app instead of a shared keypad, which one reviewer liked for the no-touch entry. What people keep mentioning is the staff. Reviewers name Justin, Wes and Bill by name and describe them walking through prices, unit options and the rental process without rushing. One person moved from a large unit down to a smaller one and said the switch went smoothly. Another had an app problem and a staff member called support until it was fixed. Cleanliness shows up often, with several people calling the place very clean and units in good shape at move-in. The rating sits at 4.8 across 677 Google reviews. Hours are posted, and the office is wheelchair accessible with a wheelchair accessible parking lot.
