About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Chattanooga runs a self-storage facility that also lists automobile and boat storage among its categories, so there is room for a rig beyond the usual household clutter. Staff get named a lot in the reviews, and the word that keeps coming up is helpful. One reviewer said a manager walked them through the whole rental from start to finish and answered every question. Clean units show up in the feedback too. Someone storing a car said the unit was clean, the car fit easily, and the place felt secure and easy to get in and out of. Another reviewer mentioned being checked on during a long loading day. The rental process gets called easy more than once. Not every review is warm. One customer counted three price increases in nine months and said they were taking their business elsewhere. Worth asking about rates before you sign. The facility is wheelchair accessible and open during posted hours, not around the clock.
