About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Highway 58 handles self storage in Chattanooga, and the reviews keep coming back to one person: Adam, the store manager. Renters describe him as knowledgeable, patient and quick to answer questions. One reviewer was surprised he remembered her name after she came back to extend a rental. Families in a tight spot have called the staff professional and helpful when they needed space fast, and long-term customers say the team is accommodating and communicative when they switch units. Units get described as clean, and mention of climate control and easy setup shows up in what people write. The ratings sit at 4.8 across 436 Google reviews, which is a lot of feedback for a storage spot. It is a self-storage facility, so units come in small, medium and large sizes. The office keeps regular hours rather than staying open around the clock.
