About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits at 40 Leo Pl in Cheektowaga, near Kensington Expy and Union Rd. It handles self storage plus vehicle and boat parking, so rigs and trailers have a spot here alongside standard household units. The listing covers small, medium, and large unit sizes, with climate control and drive-up access listed among the options. Reviewers bring up the staff a lot, and Sherman's name comes up again and again. People describe him guiding them through the paperwork, walking them to the unit so they could see it themselves, and explaining things clearly. One reviewer stored a vehicle for eight months and came away feeling it was safe the whole time. Another said the move-out process went quickly with no problems. The facility itself gets called clean in several reviews, and the setup process reads as fast rather than drawn out. It's wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking, and the team is described as friendly and informative. Hours are posted, so check them before you drive over.
