About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Battlefield Blvd S in Chesapeake, near VA-168 and Centerville Turnpike. Reviewers from Great Bridge East, Pleasant Grove East and nearby neighborhoods write often about the staff, and the names that come up most are Dionne and Monique. People describe them as friendly, patient and willing to stay late to help someone fit into a space. The rating is 4.9 across 635 Google reviews, which is a lot of feedback for a storage lot. Clean units get mentioned again and again, along with the grounds. One reviewer kept a vehicle there for a full year and said they would rent again. Another was shown around the lot until they found the right spot for a travel trailer. The site is fenced, and reviewers who serve in the military call out how they were treated. Online setup gets praise too: one person finished everything on the web and picked up keys the next day. Small, medium and large units are available. The property has wheelchair accessible parking and an accessible entrance.
