About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Volvo Pkwy handles self storage plus boat and vehicle parking for folks around Greenbrier, Avalon, and Bowers Hill. Units come in small, medium, and large, with climate control and drive-up access among the options. Some units are set up for cars and boats, so an RV can sit there too. Reviews mostly land on the staff. People name associates who answered questions and sorted out a spot fast, and a few call the property clean and well kept. Climate controlled units come up as a plus. Not everyone is happy. A couple of long-term renters say rates went up not long after they signed, and one describes gaps above a door letting in rain and dust. Worth asking about before you pick a unit.
