About Extra Space Storage
A self-storage facility on the self-storage side of the business, but it also handles automobile and boat storage, so rigs have a place here alongside household goods. The Google rating sits at 4.7 across more than a thousand reviews, which is a lot of feedback for one location. What comes through in the reviews is the staff. Courtney gets named more than once, and so does Josh. People describe being walked to their unit, shown options on a golf cart, and called back with answers. Cleanliness comes up too, both the units and the office. One reviewer noted smaller units sit outdoors and a short walk from where you park, so bring a dolly if you are hauling heavy gear. The money side is worth reading closely. One reviewer saw an intro rate jump sharply after the first months, so ask about what the rate becomes later before you sign. Others mention fees. Hours are posted but the office is not open around the clock.
