About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage in Cincinnati runs on the basics done well. Reviewers keep coming back to the same two things: the place stays clean, and the people at the desk know what they are doing. James and Robert come up by name more than once, and both get credited with walking people through the process instead of leaving them to figure it out. The unit lineup covers small, medium, and large spaces, so you can size things to what you actually need to park or pack away. Booking is quick enough that one reviewer grabbed a unit within the hour after a last-minute call. Another rented four units during a move and said adding more was easy each time. It is gated and the lot is lit. Some reviewers mention the free first month and discounts, so ask what applies to your rental. Not every review is glowing. One long-term renter reported mice damage and said they were never told about a problem. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit.
