About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Sprayberry Ln in Conroe, just off the freeway, so getting a rig in and out is straightforward. The property is gated with electronic access, and a manager lives on site. Outdoor parking is listed among the storage options. Reviewers talk about this place a lot, and the rating sits at 4.9 across 839 reviews. The themes that come up: clean units, friendly employees, and an easy rental process, including renting online. Several reviews name Cody specifically, describing him as welcoming and helpful through the signup and renewal. Someone else mentions Abel as kind and easy to work with. One reviewer couldn't get the unit size they wanted and was still helped into a spot at another Conroe location.
