About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Crofton Ln in Crofton, Maryland. It's a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat parking, with outdoor spaces mentioned among the storage options. Units come in small, medium and large sizes. The place earns a 5.0 rating across 11 Google reviews, and the staff names come up again and again. Reviewers describe Heyvette and Kenny as helpful and professional, with one noting Kenny went above and beyond to get paperwork finished. Another reviewer mentioned Heyvette swept out their space after inspecting it. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about the smell of a nearby treatment plant getting into their items, and said they moved to a climate-controlled facility elsewhere for less money. That reviewer also felt the perimeter road was tight after parking spaces were added around it.
