About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space Storage sits in Cumming and pulls a 4.9 average across 642 Google reviews. It's a self-storage facility, and the listing also covers vehicle storage, so there's room for trailers and the like alongside regular units. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Gerard gets named more than once, and the theme is the same each time: he answers questions, helps with upsizing or switching units, and doesn't rush you. One person said renting was painless. Another got a tour before signing anything. The physical side gets noticed too. Folks describe the property as clean, well maintained and secure, with easy in and out access. Elevators come up in reviews, and so does the loading and unloading being simple. A few mention the monthly rate, and a few more bring up rate increases, so ask about pricing and any changes when you talk to them. Hours are posted, and it isn't a 24/7 operation. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. Online reservation is an option if you'd rather not call ahead.
