About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on South State Road 7 in Davie, with indoor and outdoor storage options and parking spaces that include room for RVs. The site is gated with electronic gate access, and a manager lives on site. Some units are climate controlled and some are not. The wide drive aisles make it easier to swing a larger rig around. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially Rosie and Katelyn. People describe a quick rental process and a clean unit, and more than one mentions feeling confident leaving a car there for months at a time. Others say the online process was easy and that it was simple to get someone on the phone. Not every review is glowing. One long-term customer left over rate increases, saying the price went up every other month and that a partial credit showed up only after complaining. It is worth asking how pricing works before you sign. The facility is wheelchair accessible and open to everyone.
