About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits at 2074 Mannheim Rd, near Touhy Ave, and pulls renters from Park Ridge, Niles, Mt Prospect and Elk Grove Village. The place handles self storage plus vehicle, boat and motorcycle parking. Reviewers keep coming back to how clean the building is and how easy the whole rental setup feels, online or in person. 24/7 access plans are available if you want them. Staff get named a lot. Katherine and Rocco come up as friendly and quick to answer questions, and several people mention a first month free. Units are climate controlled, and there's a drive-through area so you can load and unload out of the weather. A couple of folks said the reservation process was simple to work through. Not every review is glowing. Some renters say rates went up within a few months of signing, and one called the facility poorly maintained. Worth reading through the reviews yourself before you commit.
