Extra Space Storage

About Extra Space Storage

Extra Space Storage on the Doylestown side runs a gated self storage facility, and the reviews back up the 4.9 rating across 250 of them. The recurring name in those reviews is Shane, along with Greg and Andrew. People describe them as helpful, communicative, and willing to work through a problem rather than brush it off. A realtor who needed space for a client for two or three months wrote that enrolling was easy and the unit was clean and secure. They liked being able to open the gate from a phone. Another reviewer came in from New York with a load and was relieved there were no elevators or basements to deal with, just drive-up access. One thing reviewers raise more than once is rate increases. A few say the monthly rate crept up and they had to stay in touch with staff to keep it reasonable. At this location, they say, the staff helps when that happens. Worth knowing before you sign, and worth asking about.
