About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location sits right off 290 in Dripping Springs, so getting a rig in and out is straightforward. Reviewers keep mentioning the same things: the place stays clean, the staff is patient, and check-in does not drag on. Karen comes up by name more than once. People say she works through concerns and helped one renter avoid moving out when a rate notice came through. Another reviewer new to storage got walked through how to lock a unit properly. The app and flexible gate hours come up too. Rates are the caveat. One long-term customer left over a big jump on a 10x10 and felt the increase came without warning. Others call the pricing fair. Worth asking about rate terms when you reserve.
