About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Richmond Hwy near River Ridge Blvd in Dumfries, and it handles more than household clutter. The category list includes automobile and boat storage, so there is a place for the rig alongside the usual small, medium and large units. Climate control and drive-up access are mentioned among the options. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Britani and Beth get named for walking customers through signup, and the staff overall reads as patient and quick to sort out problems. Several mention reserving a unit online and using the app for digital access and account management. The property is described as clean and well-maintained. One review is harsh, reporting a runaround on an account question and ticks on the grounds. It stands out against a 4.9 rating across 1,152 Google reviews, but it is there. Hours are posted, and the site is not open around the clock.
