The listing covers vehicle storage alongside small, medium, and large units, with drive-up access among the options. It sits close to the Keeney neighborhood and serves people from around East Hartford. Reviews here lean heavily on the staff. Ashley and Matt get named for walking people through the rental process, explaining unit options, and staying patient while someone decides. Reviewers call the team polite, honest, and quick to help, and several mention the space being clean and the area protected. One recent reviewer did flag the price on a 10x5 as high and noted dust collecting inside the unit, so covering items is worth planning for.
