About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits off N Hartman Dr near US-31 in Edinburgh, a short drive for folks in Columbus, Taylorsville, and around Camp Atterbury. It's a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle storage, with small, medium, and large units plus drive-up access options. The gate takes a code, and reviewers mention that when they talk about feeling secure. Staff get the most praise by far. One reviewer names Brett specifically and calls him really helpful. Others describe the team as polite, understanding, and easy to reach by phone. A few people note the process moved fast, and one was glad the lot got cleared quickly after a heavy snow. On price, opinions split. Some call the rates fair and reasonable compared to other facilities, though one reviewer warns that a low intro rate went up after about six months. That's worth asking about before you sign. The place is wheelchair accessible, and reviewers also mention units that were clean and roomy.
