About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location in Egg Harbor Township covers self storage, and the listing also mentions automobile and boat storage. Reviews pile up around the staff: Paul, Matt and Tom come up by name for answering questions, walking people through the lease, and helping when a payment snag popped up. One reviewer called the whole thing smooth and stress free. People also describe the facility as clean, secure and easy to access. Unit sizes come up now and then, and the service list includes small, medium and large units. Parking is wheelchair accessible and the company says the place is LGBTQ+ friendly. Not everyone leaves happy. One person who moved out mid month said they couldn't get a refund for the remaining days and warned others to read the fine print. That's the one sour note in an otherwise upbeat set of reviews.
