About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Champagne Blvd handles self storage and vehicle storage, with drive-up access and units in small, medium, and large sizes. It sits near Champagne Blvd and N Old Hwy 395, close to Lawrence Welk Resort Village and Twin Oaks. The staff gets named in review after review, and Mike in particular draws repeated praise for walking people to their units and talking through unit size and layout. Reviewers describe the property as immaculate and the units as clean. Several mention reserving online, then getting a follow-up call to confirm move-in details. Others say the employees were polite and informative and took time to answer questions. The location is a few minutes off the freeway, and reviewers call it convenient. One noted the lot can be tight for a 26-foot truck and takes some maneuvering; another mentioned a porta potty rather than a restroom for customers. The facility scores 5.0 across 70 Google reviews.
