About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on San Carlos Blvd keeps a 4.9 rating across roughly 750 Google reviews, and the staff names come up again and again. Christopher gets called out for walking people through the rental process and explaining things clearly. Milena shows up in reviews too, including one where a customer found damage and she offered a free move to another unit and a lower rate. The site handles more than closet-sized lockers. Vehicle and boat storage are listed alongside small, medium and large units, and the facility sits near San Carlos Blvd and Summerlin Rd, handy for folks around Iona, Cypress Cove and Harlem Heights. Climate control and drive-up access are among the options. Reviewers also mention clean grounds and a secure feel. One review is worth knowing about before you sign: a customer said their rent doubled after six months and was told the contract allowed increases. The same reviewer had kind words for the office staff. Ask how pricing works over the length of your lease.
