About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits at 990 Alta Mere Dr, near Ridgmar Mall, so it pulls customers from Ridgmar, Westover Hills and the neighborhoods around them. The facility offers small, medium and large units, plus drive-up access and vehicle storage. A few reviewers mention trailer storage. The rating is 4.8 from about 1,320 Google reviews, and the front desk gets most of the credit. People describe staff as friendly and patient, taking time to walk them through options. One reviewer said Makayla showed every available space to make sure the fit was right. Another reserved a spot for a daughter's car over the summer. Reviewers also call the property clean, well lit and secure. The online reservation drew praise from several people, including one who booked and paid from home and picked up keys the next morning. The office keeps regular hours rather than staying open around the clock. Call or reserve online before you drive over.
