About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location on the self storage side of things sits in Gastonia and holds a 4.6 across 354 Google reviews. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else, and a few name Shuna and Mary Strange directly for walking them to units and sorting out billing questions. Others describe the office and building as improved since the switch to Extra Space, with a clean site and quick, easy move-in. A handful mention climate controlled units and reserving online. Not every review is warm. Some complain about rates climbing after a few months, a security gate that stayed open, and one report of a break-in. A couple of people also note access gets restricted if a payment runs late. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit. Small, medium and large units are listed.
