About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space Storage sits in Georgetown and handles self storage along with vehicle and boat storage. Reviews point to the staff more than anything else. People describe them as courteous and patient, taking time to answer questions instead of rushing anyone out the door. A manager named JoAnn shows up in the reviews for helping pick the right unit size. The property is gated and has cameras, and climate-controlled units are mentioned. Reviewers call the facility clean and well-maintained. Several note the paperwork and move-in went quickly, and some mention online application and online payment. One reviewer who rented before the switch from CubeSmart said the unit price and insurance cost both went up within six months and that the insurance change wasn't communicated. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you sign.
