About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Georgetown side runs a self-storage operation, and reviewers keep coming back to the same thing: the people. Rachel, Michelle and Nina get named a lot. One reviewer said Rachel even helped unload boxes and load them into the unit. Another said Michelle was patient getting a key to work again. Cleanliness comes up more than anything else in the reviews, with security and staff attitudes close behind. Reviewers describe the property as well kept with easy access and no security concerns. Several mention getting a straight answer on unit sizes and what package fit them best. Units come in small, medium and large. If you are parking an RV or a boat here, call ahead and ask what they can take. Online booking is an option if you already know what you need.
