About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Gilroy side runs a self-storage yard with outdoor parking, which is where the travel trailer crowd ends up. Reviewers mention rigs parked outside, cameras and a secure access gate, and a lot they describe as clean and well-kept. Staff names come up a lot in the reviews, more than the spaces themselves. People mention Edwin walking them through their options, Bianca setting up an account and app access over the phone, and Rachel staying patient through a stressed-out move. A few note it was easy to reserve and get in. It is a self-storage facility first, so expect a mixed lot of units and vehicles rather than a dedicated RV yard. The 4.9 star average across more than 1,000 reviews says a lot. Worth a call before you haul the trailer over.
