About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space Storage sits in Green Cove Springs and books a 4.9 rating across 191 Google reviews. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, and Paula gets named more than once. One customer came in set on a 5x10 and left with a 7x10 after Paula walked them through the options. Another said a phone rental took about five minutes, lock waiting when they arrived. Cleanliness shows up in the reviews too, along with the overall feel of the place. People describe the facility as secure and the staff as informative and thorough. Boat and trailer storage both come up, so there is room for more than boxes. A few reviewers mention unit selection helping them land on the right size instead of guessing. Not every review is glowing. One long-term tenant was unhappy about repeated price increases within a year, and another noted insurance costs were not mentioned upfront. Worth asking about the full monthly number when you call. Hours are posted, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.

“I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Paula, and I must say, her expertise was truly impressive. I was initially unsure about the right size for my needs, leaning towards a 5x10 unit.” – The B., a year ago, on Google
“Another great experience with Extra Space Storage. We needed another separate smaller area for some specialized items. While I was getting boxes at U-Haul I was behind a customer renting a small storage space.” – Artie H., 3 months ago, on Google
“Pleasant, easy to understand, solved a problem and fixed my issue with the right solution when I needed. Only tiny point didn't mention about insurance issue of minor added costs. However very accommodating and worked with me.” – Mark S., 4 months ago, on Google
