About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits just off N 1475 East Rd, a straight shot from Heyworth and an easy drive from Randolph, Bucks, and Le Roy. Reviewers mention the location works well and the property is clean and well kept. The gate and lock setup felt secure to one person, though they had a little trouble finding their own unit among the numbered doors. Units come in small, medium, and large sizes. Indoor vehicle storage is available for campers and other rigs, which a few reviewers brought up. The rental process got mixed feedback: some called it easy and smooth, and one person appreciated reaching a live person on the phone. Another had a billing issue over a late payment that turned into a lockout without warning. Staff get credit from several reviewers for being patient and helpful, including one shoutout to Darren for sorting out a contract problem. If you want a spot that's simple to reserve and close to town, it's worth a look. Call ahead if you have questions about vehicle units.
